JOHSC Representative Education

Members and stewards develop competencies essential to their role as a Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee worker representative.

JOHS Committee Basics is a foundations course followed by two specialty courses – OHS Hazard Identification & Inspections and OHS Incident Investigations.

Worker representatives are required to be active on their committee and must have completed the necessary training provided by their employer before entering the BCNU program at the foundations level.
